Trial Periods

New workspaces can begin with a 14-day trial. The trial lets you set up the workspace and try the plan before billing starts.

Starting a trial

Trials can start from Get Started or from Create Workspace. The selected trial plan determines which features are available during the trial.

During the trial

Billing Settings shows the current plan, status, upload usage, and trial end date. If no payment method is attached, you can choose a plan to create checkout and attach one.

When a payment method is attached during trial, your card is not charged until the trial ends.

When the trial ends

If checkout is completed after the trial has ended, billing starts immediately. If payment is not completed, paid features may be unavailable until billing is activated.

Changing plans during trial

If no Stripe subscription exists yet, choosing a plan during trial applies access for the rest of the trial and attaches payment through checkout.

If a payment method is already attached to the trial, changing plans updates the existing Stripe subscription for the rest of the trial.
