Change Subscription Plan
Subscription plans are changed from Billing Settings.
Change Plan
- Open More.
- Choose Billing Settings.
- Review the current plan and available plans.
- Choose the new plan.
- Confirm the plan change when asked.
Free To Church
Moving from Free to Church starts checkout or updates the active Stripe subscription. Church adds the editor seat, 100 successful AI generations per month, unlimited uploads, and embeddable public library features.
Church To Free
Moving from Church to Free is scheduled for the end of the current billing period when there is an active Stripe subscription. The workspace keeps Church access until the scheduled change date.
Billing Settings shows a Plan Change Scheduled alert when a downgrade is pending.
Same-plan selection
If you choose the plan that is already active, Exlectio treats it as no change.
Reactivation
If a trial ended or a subscription lapsed, choosing a plan starts checkout or reactivation depending on the workspace's current billing state.
When plan changes are blocked
Plan changes are paused while a subscription is scheduled to cancel. Resume billing or reactivate first, then return to Billing Settings to change plans.
