Team Roles and Permissions

Roles determine what a workspace member can manage.

Owner

The owner controls billing, team management, public library settings, and high-level workspace settings.

Each workspace has one owner.

Editor

Editors can upload sermons, edit sermon details, organize series, run AI cleanup, create small group guides, and manage sermon publishing when the workspace plan allows those actions.

Editors cannot manage billing, workspace settings, public library settings, or team access.

Changing A Role

The focused MVP supports owner and editor only. Team Settings can keep a non-owner member as an editor or remove their access.
