We use this information to create and manage accounts, provide the Exlectio service, process uploaded sermon content, improve platform functionality, communicate service updates, and provide support.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of sermons, notes, documents, and other content uploaded to Exlectio. By uploading content, you grant Exlectio permission to store and process that content only for the purpose of providing the service.
Third-Party Services
Exlectio may use trusted third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, storage, and AI-assisted content processing.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect user information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion by contacting support. Upon deletion, user content will be removed from active systems within a reasonable period of time, subject to backup retention requirements.
Terms of Service
Use of the Service
Exlectio provides tools for churches and ministry leaders to upload, process, organize, search, and share sermon-related content. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
User Content
You are responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or malicious content.
Service Availability
Exlectio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of the service.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, create security risks, or misuse the platform.
Payments and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription. Users may cancel according to the cancellation options provided in their account or by contacting support.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exlectio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
