Remove Editor Access

Removing an editor removes their access to the workspace. Sermons, revisions, guides, publication history, and public library URLs remain in the workspace.

Remove An Editor

  1. Open More.
  2. Choose Team Settings.
  3. Find the editor in Active Members.
  4. Choose Remove.
  5. Confirm the action.

The confirmation explains that the member's sermons remain in the workspace, but their access is removed.

Who Cannot Be Removed

You cannot remove yourself from the workspace from Team Settings.

The workspace owner cannot be removed from Team Settings.

If Someone Needs To Leave

Leaving a workspace is handled by the owner removing editor access. This keeps the focused MVP simple and prevents accidental loss of sermon resources.

What Remains After Removal

Workspace records, sermon content, revision history, small group guides, publication history, and public library URLs are preserved. Removing an editor changes access; it does not delete workspace content.
