Organize Sermons with Series, Tags, and Search

Organization keeps a sermon library useful as it grows.

Series

Series group related sermons. Create series from the Series page, then assign sermons during upload or from the sermon detail page.

A series can have title, description, artwork, and public visibility settings. Public series visibility only matters when the public library is live.

Tags and filters

Tags help identify themes, topics, or internal workflows. Use filters in the Workspace Library to narrow a long list of sermons.

Search

Search can find sermons by title, speaker, scripture reference, series title, and sermon content. Use clear sermon titles and consistent speaker names to make search more effective.

Unassigned sermons

Sermons do not need a series immediately. Unassigned sermons remain available in the library and can be organized later.
