Create Your Account and Workspace

Exlectio work happens inside a workspace. A workspace represents the church or ministry sermon library where uploads, cleanup, guides, publishing, and team access are managed.

Start an account

  1. Open Get Started.
  2. Choose Free or Church.
  3. Enter your account and workspace details.
  4. Confirm your email address from the activation email.

Your workspace is created during signup. If your account is not active yet, verify your email before continuing.

Set up the workspace

After signing in, open More, then Public Library Settings. From there you can set the workspace name, public library title, description, logo, public URL, and whether the public library is live.

You do not have to make the library public immediately. Many teams use Exlectio privately while they upload and review their first sermons.

Invite team members

Owners can invite one editor on the Church plan from More, then Team Settings. Free workspaces are single-member workspaces.
